This policy explains, in plain language, what information seattleconcrete.com collects, how it's used, and who it's shared with. It applies to this website, the free estimate form on it, and the phone number and email address listed on it. The Terms and Conditions cover the rest of your use of the site.
Information you give us
When you request a free estimate through the form on this site, you provide:
- your full name, phone number and email address;
- the property address, if you enter it;
- the property type and the service you're interested in;
- a description of your project, plus anything else you choose to type in.
If you call (206) 552-9998 or email [email protected], we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you tell us about your project.
The estimate form is provided by a third-party form service (LeadConnector) and loads from link.interkey.pro. What you type into the form is sent to that service, which stores it on our behalf.
Information collected automatically
This site uses Google Analytics (Google tag, measurement ID G-66BTN9CDVV) to understand how visitors use it. Google Analytics collects information such as the pages you view, how you arrived at the site, your browser and device type, and your approximate location. The site also records two events in Google Analytics: when someone taps a phone number link, and when the estimate form is submitted. These events don't include the contents of the form.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details in order to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. Each of our location pages includes an embedded Google Map, which loads from Google.
How we use your information
- To respond to your estimate request or question, including contacting you by phone, text message or email about your project.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
- To keep the site secure and working.
Who we share it with
Seattle Concrete works with independent local contractors. When you request an estimate, the details you submit may be shared with the independent local contractor who handles your request, so they can contact you, visit the site and prepare a quote. We also share information with the service providers that run the site (the form provider, Google Analytics and Cloudflare), and we may disclose information when the law requires it.
We don't sell your personal information.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics uses cookies to tell visits apart and measure how pages are used. The estimate form and embedded maps come from third parties and may set their own cookies when they load. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies won't stop you from calling or emailing us.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as it's reasonably needed to respond to your request and follow up on it, or longer if the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email [email protected] and we'll respond. If your request was shared with a contractor, we'll pass your request along to them as well.
Children
This site is meant for adults planning concrete work. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Links to other sites
Our guides link to city agencies and other websites. Their privacy practices are their own, so check their policies when you visit them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
